DESCRIPTION

A 2K urethane, non-sanding, sealer designed to provide good application properties, a uniform painting surface and fast nib sanding. It can be applied directly over a variety of substrates, including sanded OEM replacement panels.

Mix Ratio: 4:1 308/309/310 Sealer with RH-308 Hardener.

Preparation of Substrate: 

 Apply 1 full coat to hiding. Avoid heavy applications.

2K Urethane Sealer is available in Black, Gray and White. Revolt is a two-component, urethane sealer with excellent solvent resistance and color holdout. Revolt 2K Urethane Sealer is designed to be used as a nonsanding single coat sealer to cover body repairs and existing finishes to create a uniform surface for all topcoats (except lacquers). The Black, Gray, and White Sealers may be intermixed to provide various shades to provide faster topcoat coverage. Revolt 2K Urethane Sealer is compliant in all markets. **Stir or shake thoroughly to assure proper mixing**

SURFACE PREPARATION: Prior to sanding, surface must be cleaned with Revolt Final Wipe & Wax & Grease Remover to remove contaminants. Thoroughly sand with 320-400 grit sandpaper and re-clean. For optimum adhesion and corrosion protection, bare metal areas should be coated with Revolt Epoxy or DTM primers. 

APPLICATION: Apply 1-2 full wet coats with a 1.3 mm – 1.4 mm gun setup. Allow Revolt 2K Sealer to flash for 10-15 minutes between coats.

Should topcoat within an hour.
