Sandpaper and Scuff Pads
We stock three abrasive brands, and we recommend Deerfos. The AC768 wet and dry line runs 80 through 2000 grit on waterproof silicon carbide paper at 50 sheets per pack, so you cover stripping, blocking, and final color sanding out of one listing.

Body Fillers and Spray Filler

Roberlo Maxlight Plus is the universal light filler for large-area repairs, with high filling capacity and easy sanding. Maxilight Ultra is the finishing filler, and its self-leveling formula leaves a pinhole-free surface, so you skip the separate glaze stage. For large panels and blending several repairs at once, Troton polyester spray filler goes on through a gun.

Bedliner, Undercoating, and Paint Stripping
Our 2K bedliner kit holds 4 liters of polyurethane coating plus hardener, 5 liters total, in black or in a tintable version if you want it closer to the color of the build. Spray it through the bedliner gun on this page, which has adjustable fan control. Our aircraft-strength stripper takes a panel to bare substrate in 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of the panel and the layers on it.

Respirators and Safety Supplies
All three of our respirators are NIOSH-approved. The 3M half masks and the SAS Bandit take cartridges, so wear one of those when you spray catalyzed products.
