We want you to be satisfied with every order. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund terms below before starting a return.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and unopened, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email us at revoltautopaint@gmail.com to request a return before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be shipped to:

Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.
What if my order is damaged, defective, or wrong?
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at revoltautopaint@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What items cannot be returned?
Because of the nature of our products, some items are not eligible for return:

Paint, reducers, clears, and other flammable or hazardous materials once opened

Custom products, including color-matched and custom-mixed orders

Sale items

Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, get in touch before you order and we will let you know.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new one.
Do EU orders have a different return window?
Yes. If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be unused and unopened, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not seen your refund, contact us at revoltautopaint@gmail.com.
